5.- Protection against spam and abuse through reCAPTCHA
We use reCAPTCHA, provided by Google Cloud, to protect web forms against spam, abuse and automated submissions.
This service may analyze technical information from the device, the user’s interaction with the page and other data necessary
to determine whether the action has been performed by a person or automated system. The purpose of this processing is to ensure the security of the website and prevent fraudulent or abusive use of the forms.
Google acts as the provider in charge of the processing in relation to the data processed by reCAPTCHA.
6.- Presentation of complaints
The Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) is the Supervisory Body that ensures compliance with data protection legislation in the Spanish Public Administration, if you consider that Abalit Elementos Moldeados, S.L. has breached any of the precepts established in this regulation may be directed to file a complaint.
